Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Supervisor, based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The role includes leading and supporting a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring the team's adherence to organizational policies and market standards. The Real Estate Supervisor will also oversee sales transactions, provide training and guidance, and foster client relationships to ensure seamless customer experiences. Additionally, they will contribute to market analysis and promotional strategies to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills to coach and lead real estate agents effectively
- Knowledge of real estate processes, local market dynamics, and legal regulations
- Experience in sales strategy development and performance evaluation
- Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for sales management or property listings
