Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Real Estate Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of real estate professionals, providing guidance, and coordinating activities to achieve sales and operational goals. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing brokerage operations, leading team meetings, managing client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the commercial real estate sector. The role also involves monitoring team performance and ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Experience and proficiency in Brokerage activities, market analysis, and client negotiations
- Proven ability in Team Leadership and Team Management
- Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Real Estate operations and strategies
- Exceptional organizational and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in real estate markets, particularly in the local area, is an advantage
