Secondary Market Sales Manager
Role Overview:
Responsible for leading the secondary property sales function, driving revenue, managing a team of brokers, and ensuring consistent deal closures in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of secondary market brokers
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Source and secure exclusive property listings
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers
- Support brokers in negotiations and closing high-value deals
- Monitor team KPIs, conversions, and activity levels
- Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends
- Maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA guidelines)
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on secondary market
- Proven track record in team management and revenue generation
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
- RERA certification (mandatory/preferred based on your requirement)
- Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach
Compensation:
- Base salary + performance bonus
- Override on team performance
