Secondary Market Sales Manager

Role Overview:

Responsible for leading the secondary property sales function, driving revenue, managing a team of brokers, and ensuring consistent deal closures in line with company targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of secondary market brokers
  • Drive sales performance and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
  • Source and secure exclusive property listings
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of buyers and sellers
  • Support brokers in negotiations and closing high-value deals
  • Monitor team KPIs, conversions, and activity levels
  • Conduct regular training, mentoring, and performance reviews
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market trends
  • Maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and repeat clients
  • Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations (RERA guidelines)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in UAE real estate, with a focus on secondary market
  • Proven track record in team management and revenue generation
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Solid understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and pricing
  • RERA certification (mandatory/preferred based on your requirement)
  • Leadership mindset with a hands-on approach

Compensation:

  • Base salary + performance bonus
  • Override on team performance
