Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and articulate Real Estate Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role focuses on engaging prospective clients, qualifying leads, and promoting real estate properties and services to English-speaking customers. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, persuasive, and passionate about sales and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and manage inbound calls to potential and existing real estate clients
  • Present and promote real estate projects, properties, and investment opportunities in fluent English
  • Qualify leads, understand client needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team or close deals directly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and property seekers
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture long-term client relationships
  • Handle objections professionally and close sales with confidence
  • Stay updated on property details, pricing, market trends, and company offerings

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent spoken and written English (professional accent and communication skills required)
  • Proven experience in tele sales, call center sales, or real estate sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
  • Comfortable dealing with international and high-net-worth clients
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient personality
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
