Job Description

H2O Al Osool Real Estate is seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Real Estate Trainer to support the development of both new and experienced agents. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering structured learning programs that enhance sales capability, market understanding, professionalism, and overall performance across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onboarding training for new joiners and refresher or advanced sessions for senior agents
  • Develop and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises
  • Conduct workshops, role-plays, and coaching sessions
  • Assess agent knowledge and provide performance feedback to management
  • Align training content with company goals and current Dubai market trends

Core Training Areas (Overview):

  • The trainer will be expected to cover broad topic areas rather than rigid modules, including:
  • Market Knowledge & Industry Awareness Dubai property landscape, trends, and developer understanding
  • Sales Skills & Client Management communication, negotiation, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Processes & Compliance transaction flow, documentation standards, and regulatory awareness
  • Investment & Financial Basics general understanding of ROI, payment plans, and commission structures
  • Professional Development personal branding, time management, and performance mindset
  • Practical Application live scenarios, role plays, and confidence-building exercises

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Dubai real estate sales and/or training
  • Strong understanding of off-plan and secondary markets
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse experience levels
  • Experience creating structured training content
  • RERA certification is an advantage
  • Engagement Structure
  • Part-time or consultancy basis
  • Flexible scheduling based on company training needs
  • Combination of group sessions and one-to-one coaching where required
