Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at Derma Club Clinics, located in Heliopolis. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily front desk activities, including greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining an organized reception area. The role also includes performing clerical tasks to ensure clinic operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in phone etiquette and receptionist duties.
  • Strong clerical skills and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and computer systems.
  • Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is a plus.
