Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in Arabic and English
- Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and schedules
- Support HR and administrative teams with documentation and filing
- Maintain office supplies and the reception area cleanliness
- Assist with basic data entry and reporting
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic; good communication skills in English
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar front desk role
- Presentable, well-organized, and customer-focused
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
