Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and clients at District 5. The role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries professionally, and ensuring a welcoming and organized environment that reflects the company's image and standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, tenants, and clients in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle visitor registration and maintain visitor logs.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and courier deliveries.
- Coordinate with security and facility management when required.
- Assist administrative team with basic clerical tasks (filing, data entry, reports).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about offices, services, or directions within the premises.
- Escalate complaints or urgent matters to the relevant department.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- 13 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer (preferably in commercial buildings or real estate projects).
- Very good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
