Job Description

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.

* Coordinate office setup, supplies, vendors, and service providers.

* Act as the first point of contact for visitors and external stakeholders.

* Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements when needed.

* Maintain office policies, procedures, and administrative documentation.

* Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager.

* Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

Requirements:

* 3 years of experience in Office Management Or Administration

* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

* Professional, presentable, and detail-oriented.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
