About the Role

Our client, a real estate company based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), is urgently seeking a Female Receptionist / Admin to support day-to-day office operations. This is a front-facing role suited to a well-presented, organised, and proactive individual who can manage reception duties while assisting with general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
  • Maintain organised filing systems and accurate company records
  • Coordinate office supplies and manage basic inventory
  • Provide daily administrative and office support
  • Assist management with routine administrative tasks
  • Prepare basic invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records when required

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools
  • Ability to join immediately (ASAP)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
