About the Role
Our client, a real estate company based in Dubai Investment Park (DIP), is urgently seeking a Female Receptionist / Admin to support day-to-day office operations. This is a front-facing role suited to a well-presented, organised, and proactive individual who can manage reception duties while assisting with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails professionally
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
- Maintain organised filing systems and accurate company records
- Coordinate office supplies and manage basic inventory
- Provide daily administrative and office support
- Assist management with routine administrative tasks
- Prepare basic invoices, receipts, and maintain payment records when required
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic MS Office tools
- Ability to join immediately (ASAP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisational and multitasking abilities
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is an advantage
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
