Hassan Allam Utilities (HAU), the development and investment arm of Hassan Allam Holding, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to provide vital support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and hospitable front-desk experience.
- Answer and direct incoming calls and handle external/internal inquiries promptly.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, couriers).
- Maintain meeting room schedules and prepare rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies and handle procurement requests as needed.
- Coordinate calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for executives or departments.
- Maintain organized filing systemsboth physical and digitalensuring records are up to date.
- Draft, format, and distribute internal communications, letters, memos, and reports.
- Support the HR/Admin team with onboarding logistics for new hires (e.g., access cards, welcome kits).
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of reception and shared office areas in coordination with facilities.
- Handle other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 25 years of relevant experience in reception or administrative support.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High attention to detail, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
