Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls accurately.
- Coordinate property viewings and assist the sales team as required.
- Prepare and send formal correspondence and internal memos.
- Maintain and organize filing systems and company records.
- Assist in attendance tracking and management reporting.
