Job Description

A growing real estate company is seeking a professional, organized, and friendly Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our Client team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls accurately.
  • Coordinate property viewings and assist the sales team as required.
  • Prepare and send formal correspondence and internal memos.
  • Maintain and organize filing systems and company records.
  • Assist in attendance tracking and management reporting.
  • Ensure office and hospitality supplies are available and well-maintained.
  • Support daily office operations and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
