Receptionist & Administrative Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, employees, and external parties at the reception area.
- Welcome and direct visitors, ensuring proper registration and compliance with company procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
Administrative Support
- Handle daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, and pantry needs, including managing inventory and placing orders.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal events, meetings, and giveaways.
- Assist in managing facility-related needs such as buffet requirements, meeting room preparation, and general office upkeep.
- Coordinate with company drivers for daily assignments, vehicle maintenance, and route scheduling.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 13 years of experience in reception, administration, office coordination, or similar support roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage both external vendors and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
