Job Description

We're seeking a detail-oriented and professional team player to serve as the first point of contact for visitors at our office. The ideal candidate will greet guests with warmth and professionalism, while also supporting daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and well-spoken manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and document preparation as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
