Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist position located in Giza. The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing front-desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional and organized reception area. Additional tasks include handling inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage front-desk responsibilities effectively
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office software and phone systems
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries and provide solutions promptly
  • Professional demeanor and ability to manage tasks in a busy healthcare environment
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting, is an advantage
