This is a key front-facing role, and we are seeking a confident, articulate, and impeccably presented Receptionist who can manage a busy front desk with poise and professionalism.
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, representing the company with warmth and efficiency while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including entry-level HR support.
Requirements:
Fluency in English to native standard is essential both spoken and written as is the ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and with a high level of professionalism.
A calm, positive demeanor, strong organisational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure are key qualities for success in this role. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will be a true team player someone who understands the importance of collaboration, reliability, and creating a great first impression.
This role offers a structured work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a corporate or multinational environment is highly advantageous.
