Our client, a management consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator for a 1-year contract who can start immediately.
Location: Aldar, Abu Dhabi
Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Visa- Should've own visa valid for more than 6 months (Freelance, Spouse,Family,Golden)
Experience: Min 2 years in UAE
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming guests/staff and providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
- Answering telephone calls; taking messages and providing accurate information.
- Keeping office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area.
- Receiving, and sorting mails and packages from courier services.
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments.
- Organizing conference and meeting room bookings.
- Providing administrative and clerical support.
- Preparing Purchase orders and assisting in invoicing and voucher preparation.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Receptionist in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Efficient, able to prioritize, and can handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, and can work with less supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
