Job Description

Our client, a management consultancy based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Receptionist/Front Desk Administrator for a 1-year contract who can start immediately.

Location: Aldar, Abu Dhabi

Timings: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

Visa- Should've own visa valid for more than 6 months (Freelance, Spouse,Family,Golden)

Experience: Min 2 years in UAE

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests/staff and providing them with a positive first impression of the company.
  • Answering telephone calls; taking messages and providing accurate information.
  • Keeping office secure by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Complying with procedures, rules, and regulations on keeping a safe and clean reception area.
  • Receiving, and sorting mails and packages from courier services.
  • Scheduling and maintaining appointments.
  • Organizing conference and meeting room bookings.
  • Providing administrative and clerical support.
  • Preparing Purchase orders and assisting in invoicing and voucher preparation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Receptionist in the UAE.
  • Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
  • Efficient, able to prioritize, and can handle multiple tasks.
  • Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, and can work with less supervision.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
