We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and proactive
Receptionist cum Office Administrator to join our real estate company, a sister concern of Palazzo Versace Hotel. This role combines front desk responsibilities with administrative and sales support functions, serving as the first point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Client Handling
- Manage front desk operations and welcome clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls efficiently and professionally
- Assist walk-in clients and direct inquiries to the relevant real estate agents
- Maintain a positive first impression aligned with luxury brand standards
Administrative & Sales Support
- Handle all administrative tasks related to office operations
- Support the end-to-end real estate sales process through accurate documentation
- Prepare, organize, and maintain sales files, contracts, and client records
- Coordinate with real estate agents to ensure smooth and timely transactions
Real Estate Operations & Systems
- Use DLD systems and Trakheesi for property-related processes
- Advertise property units on online portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Post, monitor, and manage property listings and leads across multiple platforms
- Track, update, and manage client interactions using CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and ensure proper allocation to agents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in real estate administration or a similar role in the UAE
- Hands-on experience with DLD and Trakheesi systems (mandatory)
- Familiarity with property portals: Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
