Job Description

Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, answering calls, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.

  • Answer and transfer phone calls.

  • Manage meeting room bookings.

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.

  • Maintain visitor records and reception area.

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.

  • Coordinate office supplies when required.

Requirements:


  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.

  • Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

  • Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
