Job Title: Receptionist
Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, answering calls, and providing general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer and transfer phone calls.
- Manage meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and couriers.
- Maintain visitor records and reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Coordinate office supplies when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance and strong organizational skills.
