Receptionist
Location: Cairo
A well-known and reputable tourism company is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
- Distribute new leads to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Update travel packages and prices on the company website.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on:
- New leads received.
- Telephone calls received and handled.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
- Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
