Job Description

Receptionist

Location: Cairo

A well-known and reputable tourism company is looking for a professional, organized, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries.
  • Distribute new leads to the appropriate departments or team members.
  • Update travel packages and prices on the company website.
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on:
  • New leads received.
  • Telephone calls received and handled.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure smooth front desk operations.
  • Perform general administrative and office support tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
