Job Description

A Customer Experience Representative is the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients. The receptionist is responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the dealership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about available vehicles, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation as necessary.

Phone Management:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the intended recipient in a timely manner.
  • Provide basic information to callers, such as dealership hours and location.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
  • Manage and distribute incoming mail and emails to the appropriate recipients.

Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and customer service.
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to provide seamless support to customers.
  • Send the required report to CRM, Sales Manager, and call center

Qualifications:

  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • High preference for Arabic Speakers
