Job Summery:
Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless experience for visitors while providing essential administrative support to our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional attitude and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
- Communication: Manage a multi-line switchboard; answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while taking accurate messages.
- Office Flow: Maintain a clean and organized reception area and meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, filing, and scanning documents.
- Mail Handling: Sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries and coordinate outgoing couriers.
- Scheduling: Assist in booking meeting rooms and managing office calendars.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1-3 year of experience in a front-desk or reception role
