We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Receptionist / Executive Assistant to support our front office operations, HR coordination, executive management, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange travel & visas
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
- Manage office administration, supplies, and compliance records
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
- Handle health insurance, ILOE, visa renewals & HR ERP updates
- Provide Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
- Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
- Coordinate employee engagement activities & small office events
Requirements:
- 2- 3 years experience as a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Experience handling travel & visa processes independently
- Familiar with HR processes & ERP systems
- Proficient in MS Office & Canva
- Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
