Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Receptionist / Executive Assistant to support our front office operations, HR coordination, executive management, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange travel & visas
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and calls
  • Manage office administration, supplies, and compliance records
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management
  • Handle health insurance, ILOE, visa renewals & HR ERP updates
  • Provide Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
  • Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities & small office events

Requirements:

  • 2- 3 years experience as a Receptionist, Executive Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Experience handling travel & visa processes independently
  • Familiar with HR processes & ERP systems
  • Proficient in MS Office & Canva
  • Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented
