Luxury Gym team. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a fitness or sports setting, is confident using CRM or membership management systems, and thrives in an energetic, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests warmly, delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- Handle member check-ins, inquiries, renewals, and class scheduling efficiently
- Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls, emails, and messages
- Assist with the promotion and sale of memberships, packages, and retail items when required
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate with trainers and team members to support smooth daily operations
- Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and data entry
Requirements
- Previous experience in a gym, fitness center, or similar customer-facing role
- Familiarity with CRM or membership management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
