Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist Female to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for all who enter our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle mail and deliveries efficiently and accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a corporate or professional services environment is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.

Education and Certifications:
