Preeminent Properties is seeking a professional and well-presented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, partners, and visitors. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression and supporting the smooth daily operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails
Manage front desk operations and maintain reception area appearance
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting preparations
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
Provide administrative support to management and team members as needed
Maintain basic records and office supplies inventory
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-desk role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
