Job Description

Our client, a semi-government entity, is looking to hire a (Emirati) for two separate roles: Receptionist and Public Relations Officer (PRO).

Job Title: Receptionist & Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Department: HR & Admin

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

1) Receptionist

Role Overview:

Manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors and manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain reception area and meeting room schedules.
  • Support basic administrative tasks: filing, scanning, and courier coordination.
  • Assist internal departments with office coordination.

Requirements:

  • (Emirati).
  • Good communication and customer-service skills.
  • Professional, organized, and able to multitask.

2) Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Role Overview:

Handle all government-related processes and ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage visas, labor cards, residence permits, and official documentation.
  • Liaise with government authorities (Immigration, Labor, Police, Municipality, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records and update HR on document expiries.
  • Ensure company documents and licenses are valid and updated.

Requirements:

  • (Emirati).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and government processes.
  • Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Driving license is a plus.
