Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Receptionist role located in Doha, Qatar. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering calls, greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and performing various clerical tasks. You will be representing the institute, and therefore excellent customer service and communication skills are essential to this position.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Visitor Management

  • Warmly greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
  • Manage visitor registration, badges, and access protocols.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.

Administrative & Office Support

  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and general clerical tasks.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate visitor logs, employee directories, and internal records.

Compliance & Communication

  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with HR, Administration, and other departments to support daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or higher.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or in frontline customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Excellent customer service skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
