To manage front-desk operations, provide administrative support, and ensure a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, clients, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the reception area, welcome visitors, and manage incoming calls
- Provide administrative assistance to management and other departments as needed
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and calendars
- Handle filing, scanning, documentation, and basic data-entry tasks
- Assist in preparing letters, reports, and other communication materials
- Support the CEO with creating reports
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and general office organization
- Ensure the front desk and reception areas remain clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Qualifications
- Fluent in English spoken and written
- 5 years of experience
- Previous experience in reception, front desk, or administrative roles
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
