Job Summary:
Receptionist is responsible to serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, representing the company in a professional and welcoming manner. The role includes managing front desk operations, answering calls, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations within the real estate environment.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Schedule and confirm appointments and property viewings.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist agents and managers with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
- Maintain visitor logs and follow office security procedures.
- Support event planning, company meetings, and office communications as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school, diploma additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
- 1- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and friendly personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology or previous experience in a real estate environment is a plus.
