Job Description

Job Summary:

Receptionist is responsible to serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners, representing the company in a professional and welcoming manner. The role includes managing front desk operations, answering calls, handling inquiries, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations within the real estate environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and property viewings.
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assist agents and managers with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for replenishment.
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow office security procedures.
  • Support event planning, company meetings, and office communications as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school, diploma additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
  • 1- 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and friendly personality.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with real estate terminology or previous experience in a real estate environment is a plus.
