- Provide information to guests and members about available recreation facilities and activities.
- Developed and organizing kids program and events to maximize guests and members enjoyment/use of health club facilities and to keep up/ahead of competition.
- Coordinate all the fitness classes (e.g. swimming, personal training, aerobics, tennis) continually by seeking ways and introducing new ideas to improve health club offerings.
- Contribute to sales activities in maximizing the revenue.
- Maximize secretary's skill for any administrative/posters/ display for the beach.
- Process payments for rental equipment, recreation activities, facility rentals, or retail sales.
- Work closely with the assistant manager / manager to promote a healthy lifestyle to guests and members.
- Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facilities intended for the safety and welfare of guests and members.
- Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency.
- Be aware of possible situations where guests are not able to safely participate in an activity and inform assistant manager /manager.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
- Maintain accurate records as required by beach and government regulations.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the HOD.
- Operate in a safe environmentally friendly way to protect guests and employee's health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
- Comply with the hotel environmental, health and safety policies and procedures.
