CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Experience: 3+ years managing recreational facilities in a hospitality or resort environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Recreation Management, or related field preferred. Relevant certifications (e.g., safety, first aid) are advantageous.
