We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team on a 6 months contract. Some of the key accountabilities will be as follows:
- Implement Khazna's recruitment strategy while ensuring alignment to overall vision and manpower requirements.
- Implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
- Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
- Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
- Continuously work on effective ways of reducing TATs for recruiting.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Minimum 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
- Familiar with job portals, sourcing strategies and best practices in the industry
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills combined with time management, organization and coordination skills, diplomacy and networking skills.
- Proficient with or having the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
