Job Description

Khazna was founded in 2012, andhas grown rapidly into the leading and trusted wholesale data center provider in the Middle East and North Africa region.

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment team on a 6 months contract. Some of the key accountabilities will be as follows:

  1. Implement Khazna's recruitment strategy while ensuring alignment to overall vision and manpower requirements.
  2. Implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
  3. Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  4. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  5. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  6. Continuously work on effective ways of reducing TATs for recruiting.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process
  • Familiar with job portals, sourcing strategies and best practices in the industry
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills combined with time management, organization and coordination skills, diplomacy and networking skills.
  • Proficient with or having the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
