About the Role
AIContentfy is looking for self-motivated Recruiters with English fluency. In this role, you will lead our company's expansion efforts by sourcing talented candidates and onboarding them.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm
Location: Maadi, Victoria Square (onsite)
Salary Range: 10,000 - 12,000 EGP per month
Requirements:
- English C1+
- 1+ year of recruitment experience
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- History of success in attaining recruitment metrics
- Experience hiring for agency related roles
- Must be self-motivated and receptive to feedback
Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for candidates
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Conduct pre-screening interviews
- Assess applicants relevant knowledge and experience
- Schedule office interviews with qualified applicants
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
- Participate in campus recruiting activities or job fairs as needed
- Conduct market research to establish suitable salary ranges and benefits
- Ensure current positions are accurately posted on all recruiting systems and job boards
- Headhunt for qualified candidates when necessary
- Generate and send out offer and rejection letters to candidates
- Receive hiring documents, and file them according to company policy
- Onboard new employees
