• Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
• Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and internal teams.
• Good negotiation and offer management skills.
• Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
• Fluency in English.
