Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the full recruitment cycle.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills with hiring managers and internal teams.
- Good negotiation and offer management skills.
- Professional, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and candidate experience.
- Fluency in English.
