About the role
We have an ambitious mission to build a leading Digital Insurance Ecosystem across the GCC. To support our rapid growth, we are hiring 30 Call Center Agents within 1 month and are looking for driven, Egypt-based freelance recruiters to help us get there.
Your job is simple: source CV's, quickly screen, and deliver interview-ready candidates. We handle the final decisions — you feed the pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Source candidates via job boards (Wuzzuf, Facebook groups, Bayt, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and your own network
- Conduct a quick initial screening (chat or voice call) to check candidates against role requirements
- Submit qualified, pre-vetted profiles to us
- Work towards a clear target in a fast-paced hiring sprint (we expect at least 5 hires from you)
Compensation — Per Successful Hire
- $150 per placed candidate, paid in two installments: on the candidate's first working day and upon successful completion of the probation period
- Payment in USD via service agreement contract
Requirements
- Based in Egypt
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in high-volume or call center recruitment
- Proficient with job boards
- Flexible, self-directed work style — you set your own hours
- Able to receive payment in USD
