Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Commercial Hiring to lead recruitment efforts for Sales Representative roles within the Commercial Department. The role focuses on sourcing high-potential sales talent, managing high-volume hiring, and ensuring timely fulfillment of sales positions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (e.g., sales reps, technicians, operators, drivers, labor)
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring plans
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, walk-ins, referrals, agencies, etc.)
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidate suitability
  • Coordinate and manage mass hiring campaigns and recruitment drives
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing and future needs
  • Ensure timely closure of vacancies while meeting hiring targets and SLAs
  • Handle offer management, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Build relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and local hiring channels
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, hiring volume, source effectiveness)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in blue-collar
  • Strong experience in high-volume recruitment environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight hiring deadlines
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills across multiple channels
  • Experience in coordinating large-scale hiring events is a plus
  • Good understanding of labor market trends and hiring challenges
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS systems
  • Good command of English
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work on-site and handle field recruitment activities
