Recruiter Dubai

British-Owned Company | Multi-National Team | Growing Business

UAE Recruitment Agency Experience Essential | Fast-Paced | Hit the Ground Running | High Volume Outbound Calls

Salary: AED 6,000 per month + commission

Location: The One Tower, Dubai Internet City (parking provided)

Experience: Recruitment agency experience in Dubai is essential

Driving: UAE driving licence and own car required

CRM: Zoho or similar CRM/ATS experience required (daily use)

Model: Office-based, client-facing, fast-paced environment

We are a British-owned recruitment company with a multi-national team and a growing Dubai presence. We need a Recruiter who can hit the ground running, manage active vacancies, handle high volume outbound calls, convert warm leads, build long-term client relationships, and operate confidently using Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment cycle for UAE roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, placement)
  • Handle high volume outbound calls daily to candidates and leads
  • Direct sourcing via job boards, inbound applicants, referrals, existing database
  • Convert warm leads from telecallers into signed terms and active vacancies
  • Manage and service existing clients; schedule and attend face-to-face meetings
  • Visit clients across Dubai (offices, coffee shops, on-site) when needed
  • Screen, shortlist, and submit candidates based on visa status, notice period, salary, suitability
  • Advise candidates on HR Career Services (CV, LinkedIn, interview preparation)
  • WhatsApp, phone and email communication with urgency and accuracy
  • Daily use of Zoho CRM/ATS for tracking pipeline, calls, interviews, job status and notes
  • Support offers, start dates, onboarding and replacement activity if needed

Requirements (essential):

  • Recruitment agency experience in Dubai (mandatory)
  • High volume outbound calling experience
  • Proactive, self-motivated and driven to deliver results without supervision
  • Track record of building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Ability to hit the ground running with active roles from day one
  • UAE driving licence and own car
  • Warm lead conversion experience (telecaller recruiter signed terms)
  • CRM/ATS experience (Zoho preferred; Bullhorn/Workable similar acceptable)
  • Strong, professional English speaking skills; communication must be clear and easy to understand for UAE clients on calls, WhatsApp voice notes, and in meetings
  • Understanding of UAE hiring, onboarding, visa categories and notice periods
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, GulfTalent, Naukrigulf, etc.
  • Fast-paced, organised, able to work to volume and pressure

This role is NOT:

  • Headhunting
  • Executive search
  • Cold poaching from competitors
  • Research-only or admin-only work

Salary & Commission:

  • Base salary AED 6,000 per month
  • Commission on allocated roles
  • Commission on self-sourced roles or converted warm leads
  • Commission paid after candidate starts and invoice is cleared

KPIs / Expectations:

  • High volume outbound calls + daily follow-ups
  • Hit the ground running with active roles immediately
  • Warm lead conversion to active vacancies
  • Client visits & meeting notes logged in CRM
  • Shortlists within 48 hours
  • Daily Zoho CRM updates (no backlog)
  • Interview confirmations & follow-through
