Job Title: HR Specialist – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team at El-Shawa Group in Mansoura. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our talent acquisition pipeline, attracting qualified candidates, and streamlining our onboarding processes to support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
Source qualified candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Coordinate and schedule interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding and orientation experience for new hires.
Maintain updated employee records, candidate databases, and HR metrics.
Assist in general HR operations and administration as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment and staffing.
Skills:
Solid understanding of recruitment techniques and applicant tracking concepts.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mansoura.
