Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter who has experience in sourcing and hiring Emirati candidates across various functions. The role will support the end-to-end recruitment process, driving Emiratization hiring targets and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Emiratization roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding support).
- Build and maintain a strong network of UAE National talent through portals, career fairs, LinkedIn, universities, and referrals.
- Partner closely with internal HR & hiring managers to understand job requirements and manpower needs.
- Maintain updated candidate pipelines, trackers, and weekly reporting for Emiratization hiring progress.
- Ensure recruitment best practices, candidate experience, and compliance with UAE labor / Emiratization guidelines.
- Support in employer branding initiatives targeted towards UAE National talent.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in recruitment, with direct exposure to Emiratization hiring.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and familiarity with UAE candidate market.
- Excellent communication skills (Arabic preferred, English required).
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deliver within set timelines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law & Emiratization regulations.
- Experience working with ATS systems.
- Ability to network and build talent communities.
