We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Recruiter with experience in the
Oil & Gas or Construction industry within GCC countries. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in a
Manpower/Recruitment Agency in the UAE and must be currently available in the UAE for immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Oil & Gas and Construction projects across GCC..
- Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases for candidate sourcing..
- Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing projects.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience in Oil & Gas or Construction sector (GCC preferred).
- Prior experience in a UAE-based manpower/recruitment agency is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GCC hiring practices and project-based recruitment.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be currently residing in the UAE.
- Visa Status: Employment Visa / Spouse Visa / Valid Resident Visa.
- Available for immediate joining.
