Land Sterling is an established real estate advisory and consultancy business with 17 years of experience in the UAE, with a growing presence across the region. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruiter to join our People Team in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in recruitment within a fast-paced, international business. While previous recruitment experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in developing within recruitment.

The Role

The primary focus of this role will be the recruitment of real estate agents and brokers for Land Sterling's growing brokerage team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the recruitment process, while building your own network within the Dubai real estate market. In addition to agent recruitment, you will also be expected to support recruitment across other service lines and departments within the wider business when required. This could include roles across areas such as Building Consultancy, Valuations, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Operations and other corporate functions.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and keen to develop their recruitment experience across a variety of roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Primarily source and recruit real estate agents and brokers for Land Sterling.
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach to identify candidates.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of suitable real estate candidates.
• Develop and maintain your own network of Dubai-based real estate professionals.
• Review CVs and conduct initial screening calls.
• Discuss candidates experience, current package, commission structure, expectations and reasons for considering a move.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and the People Team.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates and manage them through each stage of the process.
• Assist with recruitment across other service lines and departments within the business when required.
• Support the recruitment of both technical and corporate positions as required.
• Assist with preparing offers and coordinating pre-employment documentation.
• Support the onboarding process for successful candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Assist with job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
• Work towards agreed recruitment targets and timelines.
• Stay up to date with the Dubai real estate recruitment market and competitor activity.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 6 months+ recruitment experience, within Dubai real estate.
• Experience recruiting real estate agents/brokers is mandatory.
• Existing network or database of Dubai real estate candidates.
• Understanding of the Dubai brokerage market and typical commission-based agent structures.
• Confident speaking to candidates over the phone and conducting initial screening calls.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive and comfortable with candidate sourcing and headhunting.
• Highly organized with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple vacancies.
• Persistent and confident following up with candidates.
• Good working knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.
• Willingness to recruit across different disciplines and learn about the wider Land Sterling business.
