About Land Sterling
Land Sterling is an established real estate advisory and consultancy business with 17 years of experience in the UAE, with a growing presence across the region. We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Junior Recruiter to join our People Team in Dubai.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in recruitment within a fast-paced, international business. While previous recruitment experience is preferred, we are open to candidates with strong transferable skills and a genuine interest in developing within recruitment.
The Role
The primary focus of this role will be the recruitment of real estate agents and brokers for Land Sterling's growing brokerage team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and managing candidates through the recruitment process, while building your own network within the Dubai real estate market. In addition to agent recruitment, you will also be expected to support recruitment across other service lines and departments within the wider business when required. This could include roles across areas such as Building Consultancy, Valuations, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Operations and other corporate functions.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, organised and keen to develop their recruitment experience across a variety of roles.
