Recruitment Consultant – Healthcare & Construction | Business Bay, Dubai

Hyrra is expanding into the UAE and looking for a Recruitment Consultant to help build out our healthcare and construction desks from our Business Bay office.

The Role

• 180 recruitment to start: candidate sourcing, managing through the interview stages through to placement
• Work directly with leadership as part of a lean, high-output team
• opportunity to move into a full 360 role in the near future
• In-office role based in Business Bay, Dubai

What We're Looking For

• Proven recruitment experience in healthcare and/or construction or at least 3+ years in general recruitment experience
• Must have experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator
• Track record of billing and building client relationships from scratch
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
