We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and dynamic Recruiter to handle the end-to-end hiring processes within the VP's Office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the recruitment process, sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across a variety of departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job postings, attract candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hiring the right person for the right job within the timeline.
- Developing or implementing recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Reviewing candidates applications and job requisitions in order to ensure that candidates match the job requirements.
- Performing searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, recruitment website portals, media advertisements, employee referrals, etc.
- Filtering the applicants based on the job requirements such as gender, nationality, experience, etc.
- Applying Boolean search and keywords for screening the candidate's resumes.
- Interviewing job candidates to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills.
- Selecting qualified candidates or referring them to managers, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.
- Updating candidates with details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
- Communicating with the candidates to inform them of the status of their applications.
- Conducting reference or background checks on job candidates.
- Preparing the job offers to the selected candidates, communicating with them, and explaining the job offers to them.
- Performing other tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, talent acquisition specialist, or similar role, preferably with UAE labor market experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques including interviewing and onboarding, preferably with solid experience in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter search functionalities for passive candidates sourcing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and other HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
