Job Purpose
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle across sales and support functions, with a strong focus on sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet business needs. The role reports directly to the HR Manager and works closely with department heads to ensure timely and quality hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Core Recruitment Duties
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for real estate sales and non-sales roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and direct headhunting
- Conduct CV screening and initial interviews
- Shortlist and present qualified candidates to the HR Manager
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Hiring & Coordination
- Support offer preparation and candidate follow-up
- Coordinate joining dates and onboarding with HR
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Work closely with the HR Manager on hiring priorities and timelines
Reporting & Administration
- Provide weekly recruitment status updates to the HR Manager
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal HR processes
Requirements
- 13 years of recruitment experience (real estate industry preferred)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
- Organized, proactive, and target-oriented
