We're Hiring: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Katameya, Cairo

What You'll Do:

• Source and attract candidates across European markets

• Create and publish job advertisements

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews

• Assess candidates language, technical, and soft skills

• Coordinate interviews and selection activities

• Support international candidates throughout the recruitment process, including relocation

• Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver hiring goals

• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company policies and GDPR

• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree

• Fluent English

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection

• International recruitment experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Organized, proactive, and results-driven

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
