As a Recruiter you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, identifying, and engaging qualified candidates to support current and future hiring requirements. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines through strategic sourcing methods and close collaboration with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective talent sourcing strategies aligned with business requirements
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job portals, and professional networks
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for specialized and hard-to-fill positions
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
- Engage passive candidates through professional outreach and relationship-building
- Screen and assess candidate profiles prior to shortlisting
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to ensure clear understanding of role requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, sourcing reports, and candidate records
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process when required
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with strong emphasis on sourcing
- Proven hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques
- Experience sourcing across multiple job families and industries
- Prior experience in GCC or Middle East recruitment is preferred
